My name is Stephanie Pak and I’m the owner and operations manager of Your Cleaning Company, proudly serving the Puyallup, Tacoma, Gig Harbor and Olympia areas. With over 30+ years of entrepreneurial experience, I oversee all aspects of the business, from strategy and staffing to customer care and quality control. As one of the top rated, luxury cleaning companies in the region, our mission is to deliver dependable, high quality cleaning services while creating a positive, supportive working environment for our teams.
Born in Washington and raised as a Navy brat, I’ve always valued adaptability and resilience. Qualities that have served me well in business and in life. I’m the proud mother of two incredible daughters. My 25 year old just graduated college with her masters degree in organizational leadership. My 18 year old graduated high school this year, and will start college in the fall to become an ultra sound technician. They’ve always been my greatest motivation and proudest accomplishment. I launched your cleaning company from my home in 2011 to create the flexibility I needed to be fully present for my daughters whether it was cheering at volleyball games or simply being there after school.
Today I manage a talented well trained cleaning staff and continue to grow the company with a focus on excellence and integrity. When I’m not working you can find me at the gym, competing in pool tournaments or exploring my passion for real estate investing.
To improve the experience for both employee and customer, Your Cleaning Company works diligently to maintain consistent cleaning standards. To ensure the success of each employee, 12 hours of hybrid multi-level training and testing is required. With an additional 90 days of supervised field training. As a team, we strive to enhance leadership skills, work collaboratively, and exchange ideas. Our unique training program and efficient management provides our employees with the confidence to be successful.
